We all know Dubai must have money growing on trees, because every time we turn around, they are planning another huge project. Set to be ready by 2020, Dubai is set to build  two more incredible islands, Marsa Al Arab. These two impressive islands will sit on either side of the famous, sky scraping hotel, the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah. While one side features a fantastic theme park, a grand 1,700 seat  theater, and “marine education complex” for all tourists, the other island features several residential villas, and includes a private marina. Also, each island will add up to be about 2 million square feet.

Earlier this week, the global investment company, Dubai Holding released their plans for their ultimate get-away experience. Not to mention, the islands will be ready just in time for the 2020 expo. Many are very excited for this release and can’t wait to be apart of yet another huge event. It’s always incredible to see what is happening around the world especially since people are always becoming smarter and thinking of better solutions or projects. Dubai is usually one of the top places in the world to find things people have never seen before or can’t find anywhere else in the world.

Marsa Al Arab is a $1.7b two-island project from Dubai Holding. The man-made structures, 2.5 million square feet in total, will nestle either side of the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah hotel.

While one island is geared toward tourists with a theme park and marine education complex, the other island will feature luxury residences and a private marina.
